This was a really good book only if it would've been a little longer. I personally think it would have caught a lot of my attention. Not saying that it was not interesting to me ,but i think that it could have been a little better. It was a really good story.

This made me think back to the days when my baby cousin came to stay with us. I was eight and she was two. She was like my little sister but I felt like she was taking my mother's love from me. I wanted her to go away so things could go back to how they were, when I was the cute one getting all the attention. But I loved her and still do.

This was a great story, sweetly written. Thank you for sharing.

your tale of innocence, jealousy and reconciliation is well-told and holds interest as it moves along. although it is a bit predictable (blood thicker than water?) it succeeds because it tells of complex emotions in a simple yet effective manner.

This was clever and heartwarming at the same time. I have a younger sister myself, and I can relate with perfect clarity to your story - and the insecurity that we, as children, harbor when our parents break the news about being pregnant. Excellent use of language, as well. :)

I enjoyed reading this story, the details are great. I felt it ended too quickly, I wanted more :)

I like this story and the honesty you bring to it. I couldn't help thinking you could write an adaptation of it for young children, as you capture so well the feeling of fear and anger felt by a child threatened with such a change and yet show that in the end it's alright. Good writing!

Definitely one of the better stories I've read. I really liked the way you apply simile and metaphor. I wanted to keep reading and that's what's important. Great work and good luck.
