It was hard for me to read because the paragraphs are so incredibly long. There was dialogue hidden in there as well.
I love the concept and idea for this book. I would like to see you continue. The grammar wasn't bad nor the spelling. I would like to see you go over this again and thin it out into more paragraphs. Showcase your dialogue. I want to know more about what these people are saying.

The story is building up quite nicely and the sexual tension is building slowly, I hope there are more chapters coming!
