Azile Rogue is a Dezmerie which is very similar to which you call a demon.(you'll find more out later) He is a weapon for the evil king in his country, Azile doesn't like it but will push forward. He later meets his companion and maybe more later on. (there is more to the story, but you'll have to read to find out0
