There is not much more I can say after reading the other's comments. I do agree with blackbeards suggestion. Even if you don't change it, I feel that you have written a winner./vote!/joeparente

My suggestion is to break it up at this point into two stanzas like after:

I hid in my hideousness.

Start new stanza here,

But you found me wondering,
Acted blind to my deformities.....

This makes clear that there are two situations here. Either way it is very powerful in the way it speaks to your heart. Thanks for sharing.
