There is a serial killer loose and operating in Nautilus Beach, New Jersey. his victims are ex-convicts who were arrested during the career of and by Captain Robert Wallace of the local police department.
Both the country prosecutor and the news media demand that the killer be stopped, arrested and brought to justice. Thety criticise the investigation headed by Wallace.Nonetheless, Wallace's investigation enables him to develop a portrait profile of the killer, one being "Ahzreal" The Angel of death
