these are all the pictures of who i think each character looks like, you don't have to look at this and im open to more ideas.

all characters appear in the order they do in the book.

some people have different pictures because i can't decide what they should look like or they change what they look like.

You can imagine them a certain way in your head as the writer, but part of the joy of reading is using your imagination. Try writing a short story that way. Less focus on your characters physical attributes and more on the character development. You might be pleasanntly surprised, RandomBox!
