Why would anyone ADMIT to voting illegally? It is a serious crime if you are
caught. And most illegal voters are illegal aliens, who would rightfully be
scared today of admitting their illegal status.

They never get caught, because the way the system is set up -- nobody even
remotely looks for illegal voters. They register and once they do (using their
fake SS cards!)....they are on the voter rolls, and then even a suspicious
Election Judge cannot challenge them -- the officials are PROHIBITED BY LAW
from challenging voters who are on the rolls.

Thus, it is virtually impossible to EVER catch illegal alien voters, and
triply so in California which ENCOURAGES illegal voting.
