They're Going To Die
Bad kids, bad parents, a dark closet, strange noises, and a pile of clothing ... what could possibly happen?
This was my entry in the "Beat the Clock" contest. The first paragraph (modified slightly) was provided by Serious Writers.

I had to take a second read at this one because I just did not get the very ending. I find your creativity to be quite distinct as I find all of your stories I have read so far have quite a different and odd quality about them. But I like that; the stories, as this story, stands out and is ever so interesting.

Thanks James... I appreciate the comments. Sometimes it's good to be odd.

Hi, this story had a feeling of a screenplay to it. Your writing is excellent and I felt like I had watched a short horror movie in the end.

Woah. Dang. Another slam-dunk, Preston. That ending one of those shoulda-seen-it-coming-but-didn't-want-to things. You, sir, are impressive!

Preston!

What can I say? Makes me think how sad, and yet makes me wonder? This one will stay with me for a while.

Wow, bad kids, bad parents is right! I'm ashamed to admit (sort of), that I enjoyed that ending. Bad seeds! Good job Preston.
