@rollingstner, it appears that the author has deleted the writing, but not the book. I'll contact her directly to see if there's a technical issue, but rest assured, that it's not you ~ there's no writing in this book! :)

I was not able to read this book, has any body actually read it, I opened other books fine exept for this one, please help if anybody can, thanks.
