It seems to me that by going to the services of the Roman Church tacit support
is given to the status quo, to all that the writer objects to. And the reasons
she gives for continuing seem pale compared to what she finds troubling.
Perhaps she should search for a branch of the Church where her spiritual
growth is nourished and represents her Christian understanding of
homosexuality and leadership.
