In today's environment of dueling memos as in Russian meddling - what about a
release of all emails from previous administration when this was first
designated as a national park.

They may just show that original boundary was drawn precisely to deny oil and
gas explorations.

The NYT has been showing us some curious congressional maps from Pennsylvania.

Map of the original park also appears as if gerrymandered to deny oil and gas
leases.

To press this point forward, all interest groups using FOIA should as a matter
of full disclosure and a full debate - should always demand these dual
disclosures. I think it will serve American folks well.
