Why Now?
Nina is only 15 but yet feels like shes 30 had her heartbroken by the one she loves. But why is everything happening now? Is she alone does anyone else feel Nina's pain?

Are they sure the yound muscles are the effects of exercise and not the other
way around? Of course not. Although I do not doubt their conclusion, and I
have personal anecdotal evidence they are correct, I find it troubling these
articles rarely mention the correlation vs. causation caveat. Especially diet
& exercise studies, the vast preponderance of which are, in my opinion, poorly
