The reading sample is well thought out and photos go well with your words. I enjoyed it, but am not much of a poem enthusiast.

The poems available here are excellent haiku and three-line works that beautifully evoke mental images and feelings. Well-written! However, there's nothing specifically "third-world" about any of them except the photo for the first one, but even that could have been taken in one of America's inner-city areas. Perhaps subsequent poems in the book are more directly related to the subject? Either way, the poems themselves are extremely good! ')

I can't tell you how the poem is because I'm not good at reviewing poems. What I can suggest is that you lose the pictures.

The poem is short and those pictures between the verses sort of cut the atmosphere you want to convey. If you really want pics, try placing them before the poem and after it ends. I think one picture before and one after would be good, but don't place them between verses, it stops the flow of the poem.
