I just read the free piece of your book online as a cope member titled "How to produce a concert" and i am shedding tears at what i am missing not being to learn from a Living Concert Production Legend Like you due to the distance between us.I know you might not understand what i am talking about.For years i have Looked out for one sole person who could take my hands and lead me to that very promised land of fulfillment has it relates to concert production and execution but i have seen none.i took my search over to the internet and then met a few people who really didnt know much but today i read your pieces and i feel a level of fulfillment inside knowing that i have met the right person who i think has everything that i could ever want to learn in this field.
Sorry i am being overwhelmed in this way that i couldnt introduce myself.My name is Udofia Akpan Augustine,I graduated as a mechanical engineering back in 2003 but while still studying in school my spirit,soul and body was drawn by the urge to be an event manager or you might say work in the event field and concert was always what i wanted to do.i did got on on a good note hosting a few events back then in school but when i graduated i didnt know how to take it to the next level because there was no one to guide me on what to do to really polish up my skill in that field.so i let go for a while but you know what there is always a drawing force that always pulls you back to something you are passionate about.so sometime in 2009 i decided to research more on how i cant get the needed knowledeg and technical know how to fulfill my purpose of being an event person i found a few schools outside the country but i couldnt go out to study due to financial constrain so i stayed back.somehow i was lucky to find a small school in a neigbhouring country GHANA so i went there to study event management but somehow i couldnt finish with my studies due to financial constrain but with what i already studied coupled with my research over the internet i was better equiped but still i do want to learn more.this is just a summary of me a bit.Now i own a company known as PUNCHLINE INC and i see myself doing big things soon and turning out to be the biggest event manegement.concert creation,production and execution company to ever come out of africa and im stopping at nothing to learn from people to be able to do this.i will be more than Glad if you can please be my mentor and teacher,giving me books to read and setting up exams for me so i can answer questions and write test to show myself approved that the things i have read from you i have really known it.
