organization or governmental institution on every level.
The leaders in cities, counties, states, and federal government have huge
egos. Not only do they have huge egos, such leaders are surrounded by lower
level management who also have huge egos who jealously protect their turf.

I am going to re-read this book when I have no other distractions. I did like the book, but was interupted about 6 or 7 times while reading it. I usually do re-read the books I like, because I want to make sure I get the most out of my reading experience. I will let you know again when I finish.

This book starts out really good, holds your attention and then it turns and you are lost. I do not understand why the book is rated X, there are much worse books written. The Author does have a good story line, and I am sure once he "tweaks" it a little, it will be a great bood.

The book is rated X because this site does not offer PG or R ratings. I had to choose between G and X.
I could improve the book if you would tell me at what point it "turns" and loses the reader. 8-)
