Although the plot was not related to the blurb, it was a fascinating insight into a very eventful and nervewracking plane trip in through Brazil. I would have been in hysterics if I had been in a plane with a pilot like that! It was a very enjoyable read, thank you.

Thanks,leshea. There is some confusion, though. The short travel story I entered in the contest is "Plateaus of Parana'", 18 pages, about the plane ride with crazy pilot Freitas. Snake Woman is a full-length novel with the spirit rituals mentioned in my blurb. I don't know what happened to Snake Woman in Bookrix.
