Kaylee Moore is a victim of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and after her left ovary erupts, causing serious damage, Doctors tell her she will never have children. But after a night out with the girls, it appears that's not true.

Chase Scott has just left his girlfriend of 5 years after she cheated on him, resulting in her becoming pregnant. A night out with the boys didn't really sound like a good idea, until he meets Kaylee. Having think she left early, he contemplates contacting her, but thinks it might not be a good idea.

As fate has it, they meet once again, but Kaylee is terrified. Does she tell him? Or should she keep it from him? Will he stick around if she does?
And what about all the complications the doctor mentioned? Will her baby make it? Or will they both die in the process?
