To be secure we need to maintain vigilance all the time. Attackers only need
to be successful once. Between Stuxnet and this attack it shows the need to
establish good security practice. This also shows the need for continuous
monitoring with controls to make sure malware is not installed. Unfortunately
many control systems were developed before widespread connectivity and
security is a bolt-on. Security is not as effective as a bolt-on, better to
build it in from the start.

If the Second Amendment has been misinterpreted, why must it be repealed?
Shouldn't it just be properly interpreted? The subject of the Second Amendment
is ""A well regulated militia"". To ignore that is to distort the intentions
of the writers of the Constitution. Returning that meaning is obviously the
way to regulate firearms in America.
