Emma Walker, a high-powered and ambitious marketing executive, is on her way to a family Christmas gathering when a severe snowstorm strands her in a charming, remote mountain town named Evergreen Ridge. With her flight canceled and no way to get back to the city, Emma reluctantly accepts the offer of a local innkeeper, Daniel Anderson, to stay at his cozy inn until the weather clears.
