Mitch Ellis was a veteran. As a Marine, he served his country in one of the bloodiest engagements on American soil during the mid-21st Century, where he suffered near-fatal wounds. To save him, one arm and both legs were replaced with neobionic limbs that not only gave him greater strength, but at his request, a few extra upgrades. Now, thirteen years later, he is being called out of retirement to try and put an end to the invasion that has reduced the United States to a war zone. In addition to the terrorist invaders, Mitch's primary enemy is the only other human being who has been enhanced with neobionic technology - a brilliant American scientist who changed sides and is working full-time for the extremists. This traitor also happens to have a well-known father - the President of the United States.
