It is nicer than the one provided plus there is another story on here with that old cover...I'm glad to see this going into a series and your personification of squirrels is great; each having a distinct character!
I know, because my dog character's never 'stop talking' either.

That was a great story! I was on the edge of my seat reading it. You made me forget that these were squirrels and not humans fighting for their life. Very well done. The only suggestion I would make is the over use of commas at the beginning. After I got into the story the comma issue became invisible. Great job! STAR!!

I'm so happy you enjoyed the story. The idea has been on my mind for a few weeks and because I knew it would be a shorter story than my first book, I decided to write it before moving on to the second book of my "Bitty" series. Swish took me two days to write--it was great fun! I will continue to make improvements as they come to me or from suggestions from my friends. I'll be working on the illustrations next.

Hi Janice, what a lovely read, I enjoyed the story with the eyes of an eager child. Wa do! I loved the premise of the story, and a life lesson that would surely resonate with inquisitive children. And, too, there is a great demand for intelligent childrens stories. You write with the mind of a child, yet the wisdom of an adult.
