The town of smiley was one of the friendliest places on earth. Everyone knew everyone and as was hppy, until one year. This is the story of that year and two young girls who took matters into their own hands to bring the town back to what it once was, happy.

Oh how cute! What a sweet story; love the play on words. This harkens back to a simpler time when two little girls could make such a difference. Loved it.
