A Destiny Fulfilled

A Destiny Fulfilled

The mightiest warrior in the land, Malek of Gath, prepared for his battle to the death--a duel with the champion of the opposing army.

He said goodbye to his concubine, Nisa, and rode his chariot to the battleground with his shield- bearer, Kabeer.

Malek often wondered what his destiny was to be. Today that question would be answered.

Thank you. I was trying to give perspective to the "bad guys" life and point of view.

Thank you for your kind words, they are greatly appreciated. For a number of reasons, I hadn't written a short story in a long time. Your comments help provide the encouragement needed to keep me on the right track.

You missed a close-quote mark... mehr anzeigen

Wow! I am humbled to receive a glowing review from such a talented writer as yourself. After taking a much too long hiatus from writing, your opinions give me the confidence that I am back on the right track.

Thank you again, your comments carry a lot of weight.
