Huber Gray Buehler, Hotchkiss' second headmaster, 1904-1924. Hotchkiss faculty, (taught English)1892-1904, and assistant headmaster 1903-1904. Born Gettysburg, PA., Dec. 3, 1864, Buehler went to Gettysbury Preparatory School. He received a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania College, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He taught at the College of St. James in Hagerstown, Md. for two years before moving on to Lutheran Theological Seminary, also in Gettysburg.
