Parents want the best for the children, but the plan is not left for us to decide. We must traverse through life and make the best of all situations.

This is what the little boy did. He tried to make the best of everyday, until this day was his last.

War is never like it is depicted in the movies, but you would have to have been in one to know that.

The innocent, who are always the children are too young to conceive the thought of war.

They are but pure spirits who should never have to suffer man's intolerance, but war doesn't discriminate when it comes to the cries for peace and sanity, it takes them all.

Well written, it makes me remember the children.

Amazing and tragic, I loved it! =,) It's sad how the children often suffer the worst in situations such as war...

A powerful and important piece of writing that opens our eyes, even when we don't want to see.
