Really, the author is only 13 and should get a second chance. This is a good story, but it needs to be made easier to follow.

To the author: I suggest you rewrite this in a crisp, easily read font. Designate your villain capitalized and in quotes ("It"), so that we won't see just the pronoun, and distinguish between "Its" (possessive) and "It's" (contraction).
