You have very strong writing and a unique way of expressing it. I find that the switch from past to present great although at first it was hard to follow, but then I got the hang of it. Keep up the great work!

I would love to read it but sadly I'm a "minor". What is that anyway? Oh well the blurb of the book seems interesting. Well sorry! Your book seems good though.

Ahh, I see. Unfortunately, it did not work for me, and probably not for anyone else. You must understand that we don't KNOW that it was intentional, and we react by thinking - wow, this kid needs to fix his tenses. :-)

That was pretty heavy stuff. I found it very interesting although, to tell you the truth, I didn't really understand the ending. My only critique would be that you need to be consistent with your tenses. You move back and forth from past to present, which is somewhat difficult for the reader to follow. A few spelling errors and grammar edits are needed. But the basic STORY is very good indeed. Not something that we often read... mehr anzeigen

Haha. I was worried the switches between past and present would annoy or nother some - but it was completely intentional on my part. I was hoping it would create a distorting feeling - something almost dreamlike for the reader. Maybe my intentions didn't reach what I was going for? :-/
