As the parent who suffered a missing child; I get too emotional on this subject to critique it without a mini breakdown.

But, on the odd chance that this is genuine reflection of a real situation...

Child, let me tell you that no thing you could be forced to do or do because you are numb or sad and have given up---is as bad to a parent...as the not knowing where your child is.

Nothing. But, if it is poetic license...you owned how i imagine a child would feel in that situation.

Painful for me, but it was done well.
