Ms. Ann Fritz Hackett founded Horizon Consulting Group LLC. in 1990 and has been its President since 1999. Ms. Hackett served 11 years at Strategic Planning Associates Inc., where she served as its Vice President and Partner in Strategy and Human Resources from offices in Washington D.C. and London. She served as Independent Management Consultant in human resource and strategy development from 1990 to 1996.
