Dr. Allan Hoben, president of Kalamajsoo College, Mich., since 1922, will preach at Sage Chapel tomorrow at both the morning and vesper services. The morning servlc* begins at 11 o'clock and vespers at 8:30 o'clock in the afternoon. Dr. Hoben received his A.B. degree from the University of New Brunswick In 1895, where two years later he was awarded his Master's degree. He pursued his theological studies at the Newton Theological Institution from which he graduated the following year, and a year later he was ordained Into the Baptist Ministry. In 1901 he was granted a Ph.D. degree from the University of Chicago. Dr. Hoben served as pastor of the church at Waupun, Wisconsin, became director of the Baptist Students' Guild at the University of Chicago, and spent the next three years there In that capacity. After that Dr. Hoben became pasor of the First Baptist Church of Detroit,, after which he became associate Professor of Practical Theology at the University of Chicago. After holding this post for 11 years, Dr. Hoben became professor of Sociology at Carleton College until 1922, when he assumed the position which he now holds. Dr. Hoben is associated with several religious and educational councils, and has done signal work In these connections. He is also author of "The Minister and the Boy," and
