Hi. So glad to hear from you. Sorry to just now be responding to your message. I understand wanting to step away from BR - what was once a fabulous writers' site is now pretty much a dumping ground for 'words thrown on a page'

It's sad. And then there are some of the members who've suddenly decided they are the '$h1t' if you know what I mean.

I'm just sort of over it. I'm looking to get my work in the hands of an agent. And since I write over a spectrum of genres I'm hoping it'll broaden then field for me.

I've been looking into putting my Harlan Dairy Road into a scripted format because I've had a lot of people who are not here at BR tell me it's got the 'Hallmark Movie' vibe to it. And I can totally see that. (Then again all my stories play like movies in my head.

And I've got my Vanished story which I think would make a pretty good short film OR one-act play.

I'm just not anywhere near proficient in writing screenplays or 'play format'. (I'm just too wordy!)

Ich wollte dir gerne Angel Falls vorstellen.
Derzeit bearbeite ich die einzelnen Kapitel. Das erste Kapitel ist bereits wieder online. Ich würde mich freuen wenn du einen Blick darauf werfen könntest und mir vielleicht auch ein Feedback da lässt.

Angel Falls:
Ich wusste vom ersten Moment an das mir diese Gefühle nur Schwierigkeiten bereiten würden. Ich wollte nichts mehr als davon laufen aber ich nahm mich zusammen und stellte mich ihr womit ich mir aber einen mächtigen Feind machte. Liebe verändert Menschen und auch Engel. So auch Jamie. Er fand sein Herz bei mir und wurde gut. Statt Verwüstung und Pech wurde er mehr zum Schutzengel und Menschen. Mit jedem Moment, mit jeder Stunde und mit jedem Tag mehr. Aber das nahm ich nur zu gerne in Kauf. Ich liebte und wurde geliebt. Da konnte mir nicht mal ein Rachsüchtiger Vater das Leben vermiesen und mir Angst einjagen. Dafür das Jamie immer mehr wurde wie er nun war, hasste sein Vater mich. Er war einer der obersten Dunklen Engel und es war eine Schande dass sein Sohn mehr Mensch als Engel war und nur noch des Nachts die Flügel entfaltete. Denn so war es sicherer für ihn. Die Menschen sahen nie das was sich vor ihren Augen abspielte. Aber das was sie nicht sehen sollten sahen sie mit viel Klarheit.

Howdy! I just want to confirm the end date for the contest. I remember seeing January 24 in one of the thread posts - it's a Saturday which I assume would be when you would want to end a contest. So, if that's it - great!

Hi Anthony...It's been awhile. I've waited patiently for your updates. I just read what you added so far. I think its great, I really like the story. Please keep writing this book. I'm very curious to know what happens. Best of luck to you :)
