Yes, sometimes there is a delay for changes on the site. Generally, it's only a few seconds during which you can hit the "refresh" key (F5) and the changes should show up. Sometimes if we have a lot of users all on the site at the same time, it takes a little longer to load, but hopefully, not too long. Hope that helps!
