Hi ragu.mcse,

All you have to do is find people you want to friend and then go to their profile. In the upper right, you will see a link, add as a friend. Click that and type in an optional message in the window that pops up, then hit "send." That is how you make friends. People also can send you friend requests and you can either accept or decline their requests.
