During court cases, it is very important to take care of one’s physical health. The stress of the cases can take a toll on one’s health and this can almost go unnoticed if we are not careful.
Some simple tips we can use to maintain our physical health in the midst of running court cases are as follows:
Have 3 meals a day at regular times
Have 6–8 hours sleep daily
Cultivate the habit of doing some exercise, gym or yoga or having a morning walk of at least 2 km daily.
Get regular medical checkups with a doctor to flag any health issues
If any medicines are already prescribed, remember to take the prescribed medicines regularly.
Maintaining one’s mental health
Maintaining mental health while court cases are running is even more important, if not equally important, as maintaining physical health. Mental health issues arising due to litigation stress are very hard to notice and can cause all kinds of physical health issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes and so on.
