I'd really want to hear from almost everyone here on this site for the post below, as I really don't know if I'm on the verge of getting insane!! I really want to overcome this thing.. It's eating me up.

How can I stop myself from thinking too much, talking to myself and imagining impractical future situations that may never become possible, as it distracts me from the rest of my life!!

Write about your experiences. It will have an affect on your imaginations while sharing your fears with others. It also could become a best-seller. Who knows?
