BookRix

I have a goal.

A huge goal - and I can't accomplish it myself. I need EVERYONE'S help. Even the people who don't think anyone knows them on this rather... eh, large site.

I WANT TO RESTORE BOOKRIX TO IT'S FORMER GLORY! WITH EVERYTHING IT USED TO BE!

I know some of you don't know what it was like back then, but it was amazing. It was a BOOK WRITING site. It wasn't a substitute for Facebook, or Instagram, or a place to talk about your crush without him/her knowing. It was for writing books and learning how to write even better.

This used to be where people came everyday. Now the ones who were "big up" in Bookrix hardly get on. So help me restore it!

Bookrix used to be a place that hardly anyone knew about. It was this awesome getaway from real life where only a few of my friends had accounts and it was free. I found out about this site from an awesome friend of mine over four years ago - we both wanted to write a book together and enter it in one of Bookrix's contests. As time went by and both of us became serious with our writing career, Bookrix changed. Suddenly it wasn't the same anymore. I hardly hear from any of the used to be big authors on Bookrix anymore. Bookrix hardly posts anything.

Other friends began getting accounts and their siblings got accounts and their siblings' friends got accounts - and suddenly Bookrix has turned into this social media site where some people only have accounts because their parents don't allow them to have Facebook. I'm not going to lie - it annoys me a lot. Bookrix used to be my sanctuary. Now the friend who introduced me to this site never gets on. I guess that everything has it's awesome period and then it ends. But together, we can ALL return Bookrix back to it's former state of glory by writing more often and getting rid of groups that don't have anything to do with writing.

Sorry for my rant. I had to get that out.
