I wrote this poem a while back.
“Whisper”
What shadows cast in that place
Does darkness reign or will light give chase?
All ears will know her secrets truth,
She cares not old or in your youth.
What reason does she dare to give
why she takes some while others live.
Her breath traces the wind in flight
Some let her come while others fight.
We give her license when we war
And her breathless whisper becomes a roar.
Each day she... mehr anzeigen

Quit brooding. It doesn't fit you. You're the nice guy that every girl wants so just get over it and be who you are. I will see you soon anyway so I expect you to be ready to have some fun. It will be like old times. Until then keep writing and I will help with editing over dinner one night while I'm there. Let's work on The thing in the woods and Jamie's Journal. That way you can go ahead and publish like everyone keeps... mehr anzeigen

What? No. What would give you that idea? I don't even have that many friends here. The ones I do have are all pretty cool. And I certainly don't go around to random profiles giving people grief. I thought you knew me better than that. I even try to help other writers when I can.... mehr anzeigen
I do not know why you have not pushed to publish some of your work. I mean you do have revisions and editing to do but for raw writing it is incredible. You just need to finish your other stories and get them out there in front of people. I am especially interested to see where "Here Nor There" goes. Once you explained the synopsis to me I was very intrigued. I am going to be near you on a shoot for Macy's in a couple of... mehr anzeigen

My favorite poem
Annabel Lee
Edgar Allan Poe, 1809 - 1849
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea:
But we loved with a love that was more than love--
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged... mehr anzeigen

I don't know how to thank you, I really don't. I appreciate that you are helping me with my writings, I am fixing Mind Games, on my own, so please ignore the message I sent you about that - thank you, and I am explaining myself more, hopefully. I really do like the help, so any kind of feedback that you are willing to give me is accepted, positive or negative. Either one helps me become a better writer, and that's what I want... mehr anzeigen

Alright, thank you.
I absolutely love it!!!
Can you explain the last lines please , I want to understand it clearly??
Thank you for the kind words Vivian. Your opinion is especially important because you are a poetic person by nature or at least it seams that way. I am not naturally poetic so it is not something I tend to explore. In the last line I kind of felt like that if she were to give... mehr anzeigen
Thank you for the kind words Vivian. Your opinion is especially important because you are a poetic person by nature or at least it seams that way. I am not naturally poetic so it is not something I tend to explore. In the last line I kind of felt like that if she were to give away her secret, that is to say that if she were to reveal to mankind what is on the other side it would be her end. Of course I have no idea what would happen then but to me it is like many women who are afraid as they get older that they are losing their mysterious quality and it terrifies them. No woman wants to be ordinary and predictable. If we were to learn the secrets of death she would no longer hold such fear over us.
Well it's great!! I love it!!!!
