One of the best ways is to utilize Social Media. Create a Facebook Fan Page, a Twitter Account for the book, a Reddit page... so forth and so on.
And once you've done that - be diligent in using them to the best of your abilities.

An option to consider is finding people who review motivational books? Or contacting holistic website to let some of the editors read through it? Sending them a free copy and asking humbly for their input could be highly beneficial.
I wouldn't ask a reviewer who focuses on Fiction books because their readers typically aren't interested in the style of book you're offering.
