Nice read

Serena - downloaded your Secrets book and put it on what I call my roulette wheel to be read. Without a doubt it is one that grabbed me more than any of the others and I finished the book again. As I got into it I did think, it went too fast. I thought Sara accepted what her grandmother said too soon. I realize she showed her pictures to convince her about Michaelbut in my mind that should have been held back for a time. A lot of action - but all to say, I really liked it and while I don't know your plans for it, I would encourage you to stretch it out. Why did Michael follow her back to Ca so soon, not sure? In my mind it has all elements of a full length novel. I enjoy your stories. Keep writing and I look forward to reading more from you.

The book cover is beautiful. This is a very good story that you have written. It kept my attention from beginning to end. And with a twist.

I'm ashamed to say that I haven't read many of Sereni's stories, but I was certainly impressed with this and can be counted as a new fan. I can't add much to the comments which all agree to the quality of the writing. Very well done!

From beginning to end, I thoroughly enjoyed reading Secrets; it had me at the edge of my seat just waiting for the next twist - which never happened just the way I expected:)

Review - Quick, sound character development. Engaging story plot. Set up well. Twist ending. Did I miss anything? Oh yes, your 'voice'. You always are able to imbue your characters with so much personality. Love your little prose here and there. I traveled quite a bit through LAX for business in Hollywood and LA and you did a great job of quick, precise descriptions. Over all, a great job, as always. Robynn

I came back when the voting thread opened...let me add this; you sat and developed character and plot with a real author's vision for imagining a real world, a select group thrown into a crucible, and a solution to a very nasty problem:) I was impressed. Excellent job, Sereni. Writing quality is NOT easy, and you succeeded.
